Crystal C. Moore, Ed.D. is an award-winning innovative education scholar and practitioner who has served very diverse global, national, and localized educational organizations for the past 20+ years. As an enrolled Tribal member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Moore’s Doctor of Education, Learning Technologies highlighted the possible futures of utilizing information and communication technologies (ICTs) for Native American and other communities in need cultural preservation, revitalization, and capacity building, especially in rural and remote locations. Her core areas of expertise are culturally responsive: education/learning technologies, technical systems administration, program design, development, and management, economic development, and leadership theory and practice.
As an empowered servant-leader for the greater good, Dr. Moore is often sought out as a guest lecturer/teacher, leader, and project designer and manager in both online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats. Her writing skills are highly attuned, as evidenced by her numerous U.S and international Indigenous and educational technologies scholarly conference presentations and publications focusing on the areas of ICTs, learning technologies (elearning), women’s leadership, work-life balance, and culturally responsive community capacity building. She also currently serves on the leadership team for several scholarly organizations, such as the: American Education Research Association’s (AERA) Indigenous Peoples of the Americas’ Co-Program Chair and Session Co-Creator, National Assessment of Educational Progress (National Indian Education Study publishers) Webmaster and Session Co-Creator. Some of her recent honors include: 2018 Leadership Native Oklahoma Participant, 2013 National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED) “Native American 40 Under 40″, 2011-2012 Phi Delta Kappa Emerging Leader, 2011-2012 American Indian Graduate Center Scholar, 2011-2012 American Indian College Fund Scholar, and 2010 American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) Scholar funded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Intel Corporation.

Mr. Moore is currently a Federal Cyber Security Specialist serving in Northern Virginia. He has previously served as an award-winning Chief Information/Technology Officer for over 20 years. He has established experience in Information Technology (IT) and organizational leadership, strategic business management, and cyber security. Dan has proven expertise in strategic thinking / planning, critical IT project administration, grant acquisitions, personnel management, and negotiating. He has excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Highly adept in developing, managing, and implementing efficient, modern technology in order to exceed organizational goals, objectives, purpose, and mission.
