Integrity Technologies Places in Top 5 of Native American Business Plan Competition

Chandler, AZ, October 23, 2013,  — Integrity Technologies entered the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development’s (NCAIED) “Twenty Grand Business Plan Competition” at the Reservation Economic Summit (RES) in Arizona and was selected to compete in the Top 5 against well-established and successful Native American businesses.

The NCAIED’s “Twenty Grand Business Plan Competition” wherein both “start up” and “established” Native American businesses (wholly owned by an enrolled member of any State or Federally recognized Tribal Nation, Alaska Native or Canadian First Nations), from across North America, competed for the chance to win a $20,000 cash award from the NCAIED by attending and presenting their company’s business plan at RES Arizona to a panel of respected and accomplished entrepreneurs and business leaders who served as judges of the competition. The business plans were judged based on Business Structure, Financial Viability, Personal Abilities, Business Experience and Quality of the Plan. Integrity Technologies’ detailed business plan was presented by IT’s Founder and President, Dr. Crystal Jensen.

Help Integrity Technologies Grow by Voting Online Before November 15

Recently, Integrity Technologies applied for a $250,000 grant from Chase as part of a newly launched program, Mission Main Street Grants. We had to submit a questionnaire outlining a business plan that would result in growth of the business and receive at least 250 votes to be eligible for a grant. Full eligibility requirements are available in the Program Rules. Customers, fans and community members can show support for Integrity Technologies by voting at www.MissionMainStreetGrants.com/business/detail/49278 using Facebook Connect. The voting deadline is November 15, 2013 and grant recipients will be selected by expert panelists.

Integrity Technologies is striving to grow and expand by providing Native Americans, U.S. Indigenous, and other diverse communities in need with high quality information and communication technologies (ICT) integration services for capacity building and development (economic development, increased social connection, and enhanced educational opportunities). Receiving this grant would be an unbelievable opportunity to ensure the work of this business continues to serve our communities in need.

Through Mission Main Street Grants, Chase will award $3 million to small businesses across America. All businesses that apply for the grant and meet the eligibility requirements will receive a special advertising offer from Premier Sponsor, Google. In addition, the 12 grant recipients will be eligible to receive a trip to Google for an exclusive small business marketing workshop with Google experts and a Google Chromebook Pixel laptop.

The 12 grant recipients will be announced in January 2014.

Dr. Jensen Receives NCAIED’s 2013 “Native American 40 Under 40″ Award

Chandler, AZ, October 24, 2013 — Integrity Technologies’ founder and president, Dr. Crystal Jensen was selected to receive the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development’s (NCAIED) 2013 “Native American 40 Under 40” award.

This prestigious award recognized 40 up-and-coming Native American leaders who have demonstrated leadership and initiative, and made significant contributions within their community. An award ceremony was held on October 24, 2013 at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, Arizona. The ceremony occurred during NCAIED’s 38th Annual Indian Progress in Business Awards Gala.

Dr. Jensen is an award-winning educator serving very diverse K-12 and higher education organizations. As an enrolled member of the Choctaw Tribe of Oklahoma, Jensen’s recent Doctor of Learning Technologies research at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) highlights the possible futures of utilizing information and communication technologies (ICTs) for U.S Indigenous Peoples’ and communities in need of cultural preservation, revitalization, and capacity building, especially in rural and remote locations. As an empowered servant-leader for the greater good, Dr. Jensen is often sought out as a guest lecturer/teacher, leader, and project designer and manager in both online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.
