The IT Team is pleased to share that Crystal is now serving as School Relations Coordinator (long-term consultant) (http://ca.mousesquad.org/aboutus/staff/Jensen.html) to the MOUSE Squad of California (MSCA), whose mission is to empower underserved youth, grades 4 – 12, to learn, lead, create and collaborate with technology, preparing them with skills essential for their academic and career success (http://ca.mousesquad.org/aboutus/mission/index.html). The MSCA program prepares students to become digital media and technology experts, providing access to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education. We trust that the collaboration between MSCA and IT will enhance both organizations’ abilities to improve the quality of life (economic development, increased social connection, and enhanced educational opportunities) for urban, socio-economically diverse communities through the use of technology. The IT team enthusiastically welcomes MSCA to our community!
